Undergraduate Majors
The Department has submitted proposals for new or revised undergraduate majors in all six of its program areas (Africana Studies, American Studies, Asian/Pacific/American Studies, Gender and Sexuality Studies, Latino Studies, Metropolitan Studies) and in Social and Cultural Analysis generally. These majors will be implemented as soon as the proposals are approved by the New York State Education Department, which we anticipate will occur by academic year 2006-2007.
